Privacy Policy
Great Plains Web Works ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, project type, budget range, and the message you write. Our hosting platform may also log standard request metadata such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use submitted information solely to reply to your inquiry, follow up on a project, and send transactional email tied to that conversation. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site: a managed database and authentication backend, an email delivery provider for transactional mail, and our hosting platform. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Essential cookies may be set by the hosting platform for security and session continuity. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Data retention
We retain contact submissions for as long as the inquiry remains active and for a reasonable period after for reference. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@gpweblabs.com.
Transactional emails (such as a contact form confirmation) include clear sender identification, our physical mailing address, and a way to opt out of future non-transactional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or at /unsubscribe.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information in our care. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify affected users as required by law.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The latest version will always be posted at this URL.
